Days 1–2: Black Isle & Coastal Waters
Dingwall serves as your gateway town, offering convenient local amenities and a rich market-town history before heading out onto the scenic coastal routes north.
Explore local heritage trails and stock up on provisions for your journey.
Enjoy easy access to nearby coastal roads and viewing points.
Just a short drive away brings you to one of the UK's premier spots for watching marine wildlife right from the shoreline.
Watch for playful bottlenose dolphins riding the strong tidal currents at Chanory Point.
Stroll along the surrounding pebble beach and take in panoramic views across the Moray Firth.
Overnight Stop: Park up at local caravan parks or campsites situated conveniently around the Black Isle and Fortrose.
